Integration with local IRB applications

While the Online Reliance System does not support automated data integration with local IRB systems, the following forms can be downloaded as PDFs to be uploaded to your local system:

• Reliance Request form from the original request
• Determination Letter from the original request
• Each Amendment Determination Letter

If you would like to download a different form, navigate to that form within the Online Reliance System, and print the page to PDF.
