What does ‘Administrative Withdrawal’ mean? Site removal? (Definitions)

Administrative withdrawal is a new status that was created in preparation for the migration from the Online Reliance Request to the new Reliance System.  Requests were reverted to this status if no reliance decisions had been entered by participating institutions in the request.  These requests will need to be re-entered as new requests in the new Reliance System.
