Issuing the Site Specific Determination Letter

The Reviewing IRB now has the ability to issue a Site-Specific Determination letter for any institution that has indicated their willingness to rely. From the Request Details page, any POC or POC Backup from the Reviewing IRB can issue the site-specific letters by clicking the 'Issue Site-Specific Determination' link as shown below.

Clicking this link will take to the preview of the Site-Specific Determination where you can enter any comments before issuing the letter.  Once issued the system will send an email to all involved parties notifying them.  To download a PDF of the Site-Specific Determination letter, click the download link under the corresponding institution as shown below.

Once a site-specific determination letter is issued, it cannot be revoked.  This is only a site-specific determination letter, a final determination letter for the overall request will be issued once all sites have submitted their reliance form.
