Legacy resources explained

“Legacy” marks materials written for Agreement Versions 1.0 and 2.0 and the retired Joinder / Online Reliance System era — the period before March 17, 2025. They are retained because institutions with arrangements documented under those versions may still need them.

When to use legacy materials

Only for studies and arrangements documented under V1.0/V2.0 before the transition. For anything new, use the current V3.0 resources — legacy templates and SOPs do not reflect V3.0 terms.
