Administrative Withdrawal and Site Removal

Administrative withdrawal and site removal are terms to refer to in progress requests during the launch of the Reliance System. 

Administrative Withdrawal means no reliance decisions had been entered by participating institutions in the request in progress prior to the cut-off date of March 16, 2025, with Version 3.0 going live on March 17, 2025 as the only valid version of the Agreement moving forward.  These requests will need to be re-entered as new requests in the new Reliance System. 

Site Removed means a relying site was removed from a submission as reliance could not be reached in time for the transition to V3.0. 

Any requests that are not completed prior to the launch of Version 3.0 and the Reliance System will need to be redone under Version 3.0 using the ‘Create New Request’.
