Can I use a legacy resource for V3.0?

The SMART IRB team recommends updating the SMART IRB resources used under previous versions of the agreement for V3.0. That said, provided the resource is used in a manner consistent with the terms of V3.0, previous iterations of SMART IRB resources may continue to be used.
