What does 'Legacy Resources' mean? What is 'Legacy'?

'Legacy' refers to previous iterations of the SMART IRB Reliance Agreement, including Versions 2.0 and 1.0. The SMART IRB recognizes that a significant volume of research is ongoing as of the cut-off date for utilizing Versions 2.0/1.0 of the Agreement to execute new reliance requests, and has therefore decided to make resources from V2.0 or V1.0 available to the community.
