Any institution that has at least one active SMART IRB Agreement can access and submit an Institutional Profile in the SMART IRB Reliance System.
To submit or update the Institutional Profile, a Site Admin for your institution with relevant permissions can log in to the Reliance System, navigate to 'My Institutions' on the left hand side, select the relevant institution, and then select "Institutional Profile" on the left-hand side. Click the pencil icon to enable form editing. Fill out the Institutional Profile as necessary for your institution and submit the form. Your responses will be available for anyone to view and download on the Participating Institutions list.
