Check an institution's V3.0 status

Applies to: Agreement V3.0

Use the Participating Institutions page on smartirb.org.

Version 3.0 institutions are shown by default. Select the Legacy institutions (V1.0/V2.0) checkbox to include institutions that have not yet joined V3.0.
Indemnification Addendum. Sort or filter on the Indemnification column to see which V3.0 institutions have also signed the Addendum.
Contacts and details. Select an institution's name to see its SMART IRB Point of Contact and Alternate POC, any group email addresses, and its IRB/HRPP website. An asterisk marks CTSA hubs.
Download. The list can be downloaded for your records.

If an institution you expect to see is missing or its status looks wrong, email help@smartirb.org. Listings update as Joinders are processed.
