An Institution isn't listed in the Reliance System

When adding a site to a request. The site list contains every Participating Institution. If you cannot find one, either it is not a Participating Institution or it is listed under a different name (search by a distinctive word, and remember that the system now shows display names rather than full legal names). If you can select it but the system will not let you proceed, the institution has not joined Version 3.0. Check the Participating Institutions page; if it is missing or shown only as Legacy, ask the collaborating investigator to contact their IRB/HRPP office about joining. See Already on V1.0 or V2.0? When registering for an account. If your institution is not in the registration list, it is not yet a Participating Institution. Email help@smartirb.org to have it added to the database; once it is added you can create your account and begin the joining process. See Join SMART IRB (step by step).
