A list of all SMART IRB institutions may be found on the SMART IRB Participating Institutions page of our website. In the below image, you can see that V3.0 institutions are listed by default, and ‘Legacy (V2.0 or V1.0 institutions) can be toggled on or off.

Additionally, you may discover whether an institution is party to the Indemnification Addendum by sorting via the ‘Indemnification’ column.
