Sending Site Reminders

Reviewing IRB site admins/POCs may send reminders to relying site POCs about reliance requests pending action. To send a reminder as a Reviewing IRB POC, please take the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Reliance Dashboard under ‘All Requests’

2. Find and select the desired reliance request using the ‘Expand’ button

3. Navigate to 'Request Activities'

4. Select 'Remind Site' under the specific relying institution:

5. Upon selecting 'Remind Site', this will generate an e-mail to the POCs and Site Admins at the Relying Institution to act on the given reliance request

Please note that the reminder will only be sent once per site in a 24-hour period.
