Document local considerations in a request

Relying sites tell the proposed Reviewing IRB about their local requirements at the moment they agree to rely.

1. Open the request from All Requests or your Reliance Dashboard, and under Sites Reliance select your institution.
2. Under Willingness to Rely, select Yes.
3. The local considerations fields appear: a free-text box and an option to upload PDFs. Enter or attach anything the Reviewing IRB needs — state-law requirements, institutional policies, required consent language, ancillary reviews, PHI restrictions. Institution-wide, standing items can be covered by pointing to your Institutional Profile.
4. Submit.

Everything you enter, including attachments, is emailed to the Reviewing IRB's Site Admins when you submit, and it is stored with the request.
