Send a site reminder

Reviewing IRB Site Admins can prompt a relying site whose decision is pending.

1. All Requests → find the request and select Expand.
2. Open Request Activities.
3. Under the site you want to prompt, select Remind Site.

The site's Site Admins and Points of Contact receive an email asking them to act on the request. A reminder can be sent to a given site once every 24 hours.

1. Navigate to the Reliance Dashboard under ‘All Requests’

2. Find and select the desired reliance request using the ‘Expand’ button

3. Navigate to 'Request Activities'

4. Select 'Remind Site' under the specific relying institution:

5. Upon selecting 'Remind Site', this will generate an e-mail to the POCs and Site Admins at the Relying Institution to act on the given reliance request

Please note that the reminder will only be sent once per site in a 24-hour period.
