The Online Reliance System makes it easy for other users to know who to contact if they have questions or concerns about a request involving your institution. An institution's Reliance POC may designate him/herself as the appropriate contact, or may list another name, email, and phone number (optional), if there is another person or contact mechanism (e.g., an office/department email) better suited to receiving and responding to requests. Institution contact information is displayed throughout the Online Reliance System and in the text of all email notifications.
By default, an institution's contact information is set to the Reliance POC’s name, email, and phone number. See Online Reliance System: Roles and Contact Information for other common configurations. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your institution name, email or phone number.
