Correct your listing on the Participating Institutions page

Everything shown for your institution on the Participating Institutions page is pulled from the Reliance System, so you fix it there:

Point of Contact / Alternate POC, their emails, group emails	My Institutions → Contact Lists
IRB/HRPP website, CTSA hub status, jurisdiction	My Institutions → Institutional Profile
V3.0 or Indemnification status	Not editable — reflects your signed agreements; email help@smartirb.org if it looks wrong

The legal name on your Joinder does not change when you change the display name.
