Editing Reliance Requests

Edit Request (Submitter, PI Home Institution Research Personnel, Home Institution Site Admins)

Reliance requests may be edited by the submitter, any research personnel listed at the PI Home Institution with established permissions, or the PI Home Institution POC/Site Admin, provided the request has not yet passed the reliance pre-check step ('Eligible' and 'Reviewing IRB Identified' states). To make changes to your reliance request, please take the following steps:

1) While in the Reliance Dashboard, select 'Edit Request'

2) This will take you to your submission, allowing you to edit key information regarding the study. 
 

Requesting Revisions (Site Admins)

If a request has been submitted and is in the 'Under Review' state, Site Admins (POCs) may send the request back for clarification from the PI home institution research personnel by taking the following steps: 

1) At the top-right portion of the page, you will see 'Request Revisions'. Click this.

2) On the subsequent page, you will be prompted to enter a reason for requesting changes. Please note that said requests will be e-mailed to the study team separately.

Edits After Pre-Check is Complete

Upon completion of the Pre-Check step, the only changes that may be made to Reliance Requests include adding research personnel, and adding additional relying institutions.
