Logging in to the Reliance System

If you have already set up an account in the Reliance System (or had an account in the previous Joinder or Online Reliance System), you can log in here: https://app.smartirb.org/smartirb-app/

Please note that the Reliance System includes 3 possible methods of logging in, including a Single-Sign On option, NIH, or login.gov.

If your institution is not listed in SSO dropdown (first option), this likely means that your institution is not listed in the InCommon Federation, and therefore you will need to use login.gov in order to access the SMART IRB Reliance System.

If you are a new user (never had an Online Reliance System or Joinder account or Reliance System account), please note you will need to create a new SMART IRB account to access the SMART IRB Reliance System.
